I am Ami Opal, a licensed naturopathic physician and I specialize in healing from the inside out. I work intimately with the functional body layers, the luminous spirit layers, and the natural continuum in between.
I work with my hands, and bring two decades of experience with potent bodywork and spiritual healing modalities. The essence of what and how I work rests in deep trust of the body’s wisdom and my study & connection with the sacred threads that weave through all living things.

Every person’s healing path is unique. Sessions may draw on tea ceremony, deeply connected bodywork, shamanic healing, spiritual renewal, gentle plant medicines, and prayer. Together we create a compassionate, grounded space where emotions and residues can release, and bountiful energy can move within the heart. New ground within your physical and spiritual vessel can be found.

Teaching is an extension of healing. I have created a series of trainings to share my work with licensed practitioners where I pass on the wisdom of two decades of bodywork, ceremony and energy medicine. Together, we cultivate the skills and presence needed to bring these teachings into your own sacred life and sacred work.
