* Rebalancing, deep connective tissue * Dynamic stretches and rotations * Fluid, rocking, rhythmical touching * Spinal balancing methods * Soft and silent touches * Techniques based in Arun Conscious Touch Thai Healing * Multiple Hands * Hara awareness touches We’ll be experimenting with: * Breath as the doorway to feelings and emotions * Deep listening and questioning * Active and passive Osho meditations * Unwinding and emotional release * Psoas Awareness- and Hara Strengthening exercises based on Oki-do * The Fight / Flight / Freeze mechanism * Dance |
