Individual Sessions
In each session we sit for tea where we shift into the space of the work and tune into your mental, emotional, physical, and energetic patterns. As these patterns are revealed and I can feel where places are blocked or quiet, we move into the work, generally beginning with craniosacral and then blending into the more specific and advanced type of bodywork that will allow for the most beneficial flow and healing.
Sessions often end with an herbal prescription or homeopathic remedy, a discussion of a plan, home exercises, intentions, etc. Most people’s energy and physical body shifts during the work and together we align to help you keep that new level of flow between visits so we can build on it at the next. During the sessions I am feathering in any and all energetic and spiritual work that I sense is needed. I am honored to bring in all the medicines and to individualize each session depending on the day, the season, and the place of healing that you are in.
I offer 75 minute sessions for $225**

billing insurance
As a naturopathic physician I am a licensed primary care physician in the state of Oregon. I am a preferred provider with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. Other insurers (MODA for example) reimburse for my services as an "out of network" provider.
Because of the length of time spent together and the nature and depth of the work, not all of the work I do is billable by insurance. Additional charges may apply depending on time spent and your specific insurance benefits.
If you have Regence we can check your benefits before the session, which gives us an idea of how billing and any additional charges will work for our work together. If you have any other insurance please expect to pay for the session at the time of service and we will bill them, then reimburse if insurance pays.
